About

Anna B Designs was founded in 2003 by the southern born and raised Anna Kidd.  After graduating from Auburn University with a BS in Apparel Merchandising, Design, and Production with a minor in French, her career began in New York City. 

Anna's eye for and appreciation of fashion were further developed as she interned in the fashion department for Harper's Bazaar and Italian leather goods company, Tod's.  After landing in the design office for famed shoe designer, Manolo Blahnik,  Anna collaborated with legendary beading and embroidery houses in India where she was inspired by their beautiful handcrafted meticulous designs.  In 2003 from a small New York City apartment as an outlet for creative therapy, Anna B Designs was born.

In 2005, following a move to Madrid, Spain, Anna was greatly influenced by her travels across Europe and Asia, specifically by the beautiful Moorish textiles and colors of the Southern Andalucian region of Spain.

Anna B Designs is carefully curated; using semiprecious stones, natural beads and organic materials sourced globally and crafted in Charlotte, NC.
